Driven by the commitment and expertise of Masayori Ishikawa, PhD, at Hokkaido University Hospital, Iwate has joined the global Novalis Certified community of centers of excellence in SRS and SBRT. Novalis Certified is a certification program that uses an independent Novalis Circle group to conduct external audits to maintain consistency in radiosurgery treatments and high standards in patient safety. Novalis certification lasts four years.
