Last week, Institut Català d’Oncologia (ICO) and Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge (HUB) in Barcelona became the first of thirteen Novalis Centers in Spain to receive Novalis Certification. Along with Novalis Certified, the center also implemented a new functional stereotaxy program. This announcement comes just months after Institut Català d’Oncologia (ICO) and Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge (HUB) celebrated 25 years of clinical excellence in radiosurgery. The symposium commemorating the event brought together 120 attendees, including guest speaker Sergio Moreno Jimenez, MD, neurosurgeon and functional radiosurgery specialist at INNN Mexico.
