What motivated your organization to go through the Novalis certification process?

We wanted to demonstrate excellence in utilizing innovative technology. Being Novalis Certified signifies that we are experts.

What has your experience been with the Novalis Certification program?

Going through the Novalis Certification allowed us to review and update our procedures, processes and policies, enhance our quality improvement process and elevate our clinical standards of practice.
